A passionate advocate for the power of digital, Jeff has 16 years of experience shaping interactive and multi-channel strategies for clients that include: Avis, Bloomberg, Citi, BNY Mellon, Healthways, Motorola, The Hershey Company, and others. Prior to leading a management buyout in 2005, Jeff played multiple roles at Roundarch, including head of strategy and Chief Experience Officer.
Before Roundarch, Jeff was a senior manager in the CRM practice of Deloitte Consulting where he served clients from their Chicago, London and Boston offices. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Maling served in Accenture's Boston office. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago, and also holds both an MA and BA in history from Tufts University. Jeff lives in Chicago with his wife and three boys.

Geoff has significant experience designing and managing complex web solutions with integration to enterprise systems for several industry-leading organizations including: American Express, Bear Stearns, JPMorgan Chase, Northern Trust, HBO, Agilent, Molex, Waters, Baxter Healthcare and Best Buy. Prior to leading a management buyout in 2005, Geoff was Chief Technology Officer at Roundarch, where he led the build-out of Roundarch’s highly successful J2EE frameworks, rich internet offering, and multi-channel enablement layer.
Geoff has 20 years of systems development, operations improvement and consulting expertise—with the past 12 years focused on digital channels. Before joining Roundarch, Cubitt was one of the founding members of Deloitte Consulting’s CRM and eBusiness practice. He has an MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Geoff lives in Evanston, Illinois with his wife and two boys.
CFO
As Chief Financial Officer, Bruce is responsible for all Finance, Human Resources, and Administration functions. Prior to joining Roundarch, he was CFO of Cap Gemini's U.S. business. Bruce wore many hats during his 17-year tenure with their U.S. operations—Vice President of Human Resources, National Staffing Manager, Northeast Business Unit Manager, and Controller. Before Cap Gemini, Bruce held positions at The Baker & Taylor Companies and worked as an auditor for Touche Ross & Co. He has a BS from the City University of New York (Brooklyn College) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim has been helping drive digital strategies from the beginning of the internet era for clients such as: Avis, Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Citi, and others. Prior to joining Roundarch, Jim led the financial services practice at Avenue A / Razorfish, where he served clients from their New York, Boston, and Florida offices.
Butler's deep understanding of user experience design, channel integration, and technology provided clients such as JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, MetLife, Morgan Stanley, and NCCI with highly desirable user-centered solutions. He has more than 24 years of financial services experience as both a buyer of professional services and as a consultant. Jim has a BS in Economics Management from Ithaca College. He lives with his wife and son in New Jersey.
President
Darryl is passionate about transforming the way the world’s biggest brands reach, connect, and engage with consumers. His cross-disciplinary expertise in e-commerce, social media, mobile marketing, and brand strategy has helped drive new levels of engagement between brand and consumer for clients such as: adidas, Boston Celtics, Coca-Cola, Fidelity Investments, Monster, Nikon, Nokia, and Staples.
Before being appointed president, Gehly served as head of business development for Aegis Media North America where he helped propel business growth and collaboration at the group level. Darryl was a founding member of Molecular, which was acquired by Aegis and rebranded Isobar in 2005. Prior to Molecular, he held management positions for a publishing firm and served as a PR professional for the USAF. Darryl studied computer science at the Florida Institute of Technology and Keene State College, and graduated with honors from the Defense Information School of Journalism. He lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
